Being an effective caregiver can be fulfilling, but many caregivers experience symptoms of caregiver distress, including anxiety, depression, burnout, and difficulty sleeping. In episode #11, our guest Craig Knowles shares his personal experiences of caregiving for both his parents and his partner and his advice on being an effective caregiver.

Episode 6 is one of my favourite episodes. Specifically, we get to talk to Dr. Alexandra Fiocco about mindfulness-based stress reduction – what it is, how it impacts the brain and how to incorporate it into your daily life. My favourite part of this episode (ep. 6) is when Dr. Fiocco takes us through a LIVE demonstration of Mindfulness-based stress reduction.
